Introduction to the production process of steel lockers

When consumers buy a locker, they want to know the specific manufacturing process of the locker. However, if they want to see it with their own eyes, they have to go to the locker manufacturing factory. Therefore, for many consumers, the locker manufacturing process , do not know. Therefore, the locker manufacturer gave us a detailed introduction to the technological process of the steel locker.

Before introducing the manufacturing process flow, you need to understand the tools required for manufacturing. The manufacture of lockers mainly relies on tools such as shears, folding machines, punching machines, acid-base pools, welders, electrostatic sprayers, etc. With the help of these tools, the lockers are made more high-quality. In addition to the tools required for manufacturing, the raw materials required for the manufacture of iron lockers are cold-rolled sheets and electrostatic spraying powder. In addition, the building of the cabinet also needs the support of accessories, such as locks, door handles, door activity pages and so on.

In addition to a brief introduction to the tools, raw materials and accessories for locker manufacturing, the following is the specific manufacturing process:

Steel locker

1. Design

Many people always ignore this step when introducing the manufacturing process of the locker. In fact, after the customer's inquiry and request, the locker manufacturer must design according to the customer's requirements. The design content includes size, space and color. , appearance, etc. This is the first step before manufacturing.

2. Open the material

Use the shearing machine to reduce the required size of the cold-rolled steel sheet. Different customers, different requirements, different styles, etc., the size of the cut steel sheet is different.

3. Stamping

This item has relatively high technical requirements. The cut steel plate is punched out of the corner edge and handle position with a punching machine. In fact, different positions on the locker have different styles of corner removal. For example, the door and side panels of the locker are different from the top and bottom. In general, for large locker manufacturers, corner removal is an assembly line operation.

4. Bend

Use the folding machine to fold the inner and outer folds. Similarly, the bending is different in different positions of the locker.

5. Spot welding

When all the bending is done, spot welding is done with an electric welding machine. Large manufacturers use a non-marking spot welding machine. The surface of the locker pointed out is smooth and does not need to be polished again. At this point, the cabinet as a whole is ready.

6. Pickling and phosphating

The spot-welded locker should be pickled and phosphated in an acid-base tank, which can remove the grease and rust spots on the surface of the plate and prepare for spraying.

7. Spray

After pickling and phosphating, the locker is placed in the spraying workshop to complete the spraying process. This process uses electrostatic powder spraying, which is not only bright and clean, but also environmentally friendly. Generally, the sprayed locker should be heated at high temperature.

8. Assemble and form

After the spraying is completed, the locker can be transported to the assembly workshop for assembly. After the partitions, slides, drawers, door panels, locks, etc. are assembled, the quality inspector will test and the finished products can be packaged after passing the test.

The manufacturing process of the locker generally goes through the above eight steps. If consumers want to know something when purchasing, try to go to the manufacturing workshop to carefully inspect the manufacturing process when inspecting the manufacturer, so as to know what they are.
